This house in Easton, PA was a newer home and the outside was in decent shape: however, the inside had suffered some water damage and all surfaces needed to be replaced.
We freshened up the outside with a new roof, shutters and fresh paint.
Living , Family and Dining rooms
Plan: transform these rooms into confortable places to gather and relax with family
Plan: We installed new rustic flooring and moldings to highlight these spaces.
Plan: Create a much larger kitchen then the existing.
The kitchen was reworked to achieve a larger footprint in the existing space. Extra cabinetry and new pantries give plenty of storage space and the peninsula offers ample room for seating. Beautiful new lighting was installed throughout the kitchen which always helps to dress up the space as well as provides functionality.
The sunroom was only 3 season but offered great potential being right off the family room. We removed the old wood stove platform and added a ductless mini split to make this space a 4 season room to be enjoyed all year round. The added barn doors were incorporated so it could also function as an office or playroom.
Plan: Gut the bathrooms and replace with all new fixtures.
The bathrooms had suffered a lot of damage and needed to be completely redone. Custom vanities, flooring and new shower areas were installed to bring these baths across the finish line.
In the end, we made distressed Adams smile again and we are so thankful that the new owners are loving their new home.
