Home Staging In Bethlehem, PA: Amber and Kevin had originally purchased their Bethlehem, PA ranch a few years ago. They soon discovered they needed something a little larger for their family. While they wanted to sell, they were a little apprehensive about how quickly they would be able to get it sold. Their previous home had taken months to sell. They also weren’t thrilled about the prospect of carrying two mortgages at a time.
Kevin and Amber called us and we came out and talked about their home selling options. During our consultation, it was evident the house had been well maintained and all major systems were in good working order. Together we decided that their best option would be to try to list it with our home selling services to try to get it sold as quick as possible. We did suggest a few minor improvements that should be made to ensure there would be no obstacles during the inspection period.However, the house was in overall good shape and had beautiful hardwood floors that ran throughout the home. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good condition as well. Before listing, Kevin and Amber decided to move their belongings into their new place which gave us a clean slate to work with. ( this is an option, but not necessary)
Plan: Remove old curtains to brighten the house up and stage living and dining areas to give definition to the spaces. Use professional photography to appropriately highlight the home.
